Agreements:

I/We the undersigned, hereby apply to participate in the Nauvoo Pageant performed in Nauvoo, Illinois. If accepted into the pageant I/we agree:
to abide by the standards of personal conduct and dress while representing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Nauvoo Pageant,
to make arrangements and pay for all personal expenses not already provided, such as transportation, housing, and food, (we ask that you wait on making these arrangements until the pageant notifies you,)
to release the pageant and the Church from any liability and provide adequate primary insurance coverage of each family member in case of injury or illness,
to grant the pageant and the Church rights to use any images and audio/video recordings of the pageant or its activities in which we appear as participants,
that if Gold Family Cast was one of the cast selections we applied for, we understand Gold Cast is not a stage performing cast. We understand that Gold Family Cast's main responsibility is the country fair before the pageant performances, and Gold Cast only joins the performing cast on stage in the finale scene. that if you have just made changes to your previously submitted application, you MUST email thenauvoopageant@gmail.com to let them know of the changes you made, especially cast preference. Not doing so may result in your previous selections being considered.
that if selected, to be in Nauvoo during the entire time I/we are scheduled to participate. You also agree to notify the pageant office (217-453-2429) immediately if any family member listed on this application cannot participate. You also understand that other family members and friends cannot be added to this application and that, if accepted, your status may be reconsidered if family members drop. You also agree to provide appropriate personal items such as period footwear and hair necessities for each cast member.
I/We the undersigned, as participants in the Nauvoo Pageant, including if applicable reader's theater presentations and/or workshops of the pageant, hereby grant to the Nauvoo Pageant and the Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all rights to use and all rights, title, and interest, including, as a gift, copyrights, to any photograph, broadcast, telecast, or audio or audiovisual recording in which he or she is pictured or is a participant. We further grant perpetual rights to reproduce, print, publish, and disseminate (and to license and authorize others to do any of the foregoing), in any medium the name, voice, likeness, and/or biographical material of the volunteer participants in connection with the performance, distribution, advertising, promotion, and other use or exploitation of the Nauvoo Pageant (including any and all adaptations and versions thereof).
Please confirm that you have discussed the above agreement statements with every person on your application by entering your name in the following field. You confirm that if you are a guardian of youth, you will help them abide by the above standards while serving in Nauvoo.
